The Jordan reveals all for issue 06.

I’d wanted to do this for ten years, make skits like they used to do in hip-hop albums. So that was really cool. I’m very proud of that because I wanted to have a storytelling feel to the entire album.

Following hit singles and months of mystery, trip-hop/pop sensation The Jordan was finally revealed as Dutch singer and songwriter Caroline Van der Leeuw. We spend time with the artist formally known as Caro Emerald to discuss new identity, the quest for change in musical direction, and the brilliant upcoming album Nowhere Near The Sky (out 10/2/23).

DEK 06 will be available here and at all good retailers from October 1st.
